Every Daisy Metalworks piece is made by hand, nothing is ever mass-produced. This means you are receiving an original work of art! If you ordered a one-of-a-kind piece, it will be ready to ship within 3-6 business days. For all other pieces, please allow 6-14 days (depending on the piece) for production/finishing touches in addition to the 3-5 business days for shipping. Your order will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail (5-7 days). If you need your item sooner, no problem! Simply upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout. If you have questions or concerns about the estimated arrival of your order or if you would like to arrange for a pick-up, please email daisymetalworks@gmail.com

If you are an adventurous, busy girl like me, you know accidental breakage can happen!
Every Daisy Metalworks piece comes with a lifetime warranty, so repairs are free. Simply contact me to make it happen.
If you happen to misplace one of a pair, do not fret! I will happily replace its other half for 50% of the cost of the full pair.
