What is your return policy?
Daisy Metalworks is a one-woman-run business and unfortunately, I do not accept refunds. However, I understand sometimes things may not fit quite as you expected them to, therefore I offer exchanges for an item of equal or higher value (the customer pays the difference). If you would like to exchange your item, please do not hesitate to contact me.
*A $20-$40 production fee may apply due to availability.
I love your earrings, but I am allergic to non-precious metals, what do I do?
All of Daisy Metalworks jewelry is nickel-free (this is what most people are allergic to). However, if your metal allergies go beyond just nickel, I will happily put sterling silver ear hooks on any pair of earrings for an additional $3. Simply contact me and I will make you a custom listing.
How do I clean & care for my Daisy Metalworks jewelry?
Each piece of Daisy Metalworks jewelry is carefully sealed with wax to prolong its integrity and prevent tarnish. However, over time it is inevitable that the raw metals will naturally take on their own patina. To polish, gently rub with a polishing cloth or fine steel wool to restore shine. If you have neither of these handy, a tiny dab of ketchup on a cloth will also do the trick on copper or brass!
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you are interested in a piece made especially for you or your hunny, a custom sized ring, or a current design in a different finish or size, please do not hesitate to contact me.
*Please note that certain custom orders may take 6-8 weeks to complete.
What do I do about damaged or broken jewelry?
Daisy Metalworks jewelry is carefully made to withstand many years of normal wear and tear. However, if for some reason your piece breaks due to flaws in the craftsmanship or the general rumble and tumble of daily life, I will happily repair it. Simply contact me to get the process started.

I lost one earring! What now?
Daisy Metalworks consciously includes a pair of backings with every set of earrings. It is normal for earrings to want to slip out, especially on a wild night or a busy bustling day. Please wear your backings to prevent them from taking off! If you do lose one of a set, I will replace its other half at 50% of the cost of the original pair of earrings. Simply contact me to make this happen.
